Hear Your Horoscope’s, Services may not be used by minors (unless aged 13 or older and supervised by a parent or legal guardian) or users suspended from use by Hear Your Horoscope.
Order Policies
When placing an order, you will receive a Hear Your Horoscope order number for each product ordered ("ID"). You are entirely responsible for the accuracy of the Order Input, including but not limited to name, date of birth, time of birth and mailing and email addresses. If you submit incorrect Input Data, Hear Your Horoscope cannot provide a free report to correct the Order Input error. Hear Your Horoscope DOES NOT allow cancellations, returns, refunds, exchanges or credits for any reason.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Hear Your Horoscope ID. You are solely responsible for all uses of your account and subscription information, whether or not actually or expressly authorized by you.

Subscription Products/ Recurring Billing
Hear Your Horoscope uses a recurring billing policy for all of its subscription products. In order to ensure uninterrupted service, your subscription will be automatically extended on your credit/debit card for successive renewal periods of the same duration as the subscription originally selected. Unless you stop future billing as provided in the “Auto-Ship” section of “My Account” more than 24 hours before the “Expiration Date” found by clicking on your Order Number in the “Order Billing History” section of “My Account,” it will automatically be renewed 24 hours before it expires. All amounts are billed in U.S. Dollars at the beginning of each renewal period and will appear on your credit card statement as “Hear Your Horoscope.” To change or cancel your subscription at any time, go to “My Account” and see the “Auto-Ship” section. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to enjoy subscription benefits until the end of your then-current subscription term and your subscription won’t be renewed after that term expires. However, you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fees paid for the then-current subscription period.
Security
Purchasing online at Hear Your Horoscope is completely secure. The purchase of some products requires your name, birth date, gender, and time of birth, and other personal information other than name and credit card number, expiration date, etc. Our secure system stores some of this information for your convenience in the future, but no personal or financial information is ever shared, rented or sold.
Delivery TimeThe shipping or delivery times quoted throughout Hear Your Horoscope’s web site are only estimates of the amount of time it will take Hear Your Horoscope to process requests. If Hear Your Horoscope lists turn-around times as "days" or "hours" the company is referring to “business days” and “business hours.” We are not responsible for delays caused by any factors outside of the Hear Your Horoscope’s system.
